Our Process

Our editors are always checking their inboxes. You can expect to receive a response within the week. Once we receive your request, we will review a 2,000 word sample sent via .DOC or .DOCX. (We can not accept PDF’s).

As soon as we receive your sample, we get to work right away on your brain baby. We ask authors to allow up to 48 business hours for turn around. We edit all manuscripts with Track Changes from Microsoft Office. We save all edits to OneDrive or Google Drive so you can follow our progress as we edit. We still will send you a copy via email. Once the sample is done, we send it back to you for review.

It’s a Match

If you decide that we are a good match for your manuscript, we review your information and email you an estimate.

Submit your information here.

We will discuss turn around, deadlines, payments, and any additional services at this time. Once we settle on an agreement that fits both our needs, we request the billing email to be used via PayPal.

As soon as we send out the first bill, we request your manuscript even if you won’t be making your first payment for a few weeks. We like to get started right away.

We work diligently on your manuscript until the job is complete regardless of whether you are on a payment plan or are paying in full.

Emergency jobs receive around the clock edits, up to 8 hours a day, until the manuscript is complete.

At any time, authors may email us about our progress.

Once the job is complete, we send you your edited manuscript via email. What we send you reflects your payments. Authors only receive their completed manuscript when the final payment has been made.
